At the end of the summer there was a full moon in the astrological sign of Pisces. The energy of that full moon was emotional and sensitive... but not like full moons from a few months ago and through all the wild energy of summer... this one was more rooted or something. Like we can (and do) trust ourselves more now. I know for certain that’s true for me. Like maybe there’s a bit of space between the emotion and the soul underneath it or something. I don’t know. now it’s more like noticing, accepting, and actually being a little more gentle with myself. It’s like a bit more pausing than before. Space. Interesting. Anyway! Pisces moon, fish painting.... it’s all connected somehow. Pause. You are worthy. Of love. Of loving yourself. Of time. Of forgiving yourself. Of trying again. Of second chances. Or making new choices. Of changing your mind. Of standing in your truth. Of having big dreams that might make no sense right now. Of letting go of what’s not working. Of not waiting for one more second. Of being happy. Of your life. You are worthy of your life. You are worthy of life. (Here's the full message I wrote when I painted it.)

My life changed dramatically in August 2018 when my husband suddenly died and then again in January 2019 when my baby girl was born. Creating nearly daily art has been one of the main ways I've tuned in to my feelings and to myself as I've moved forward. Sharing the art that I've been making and the messages I've been giving to myself has been a powerfully healing part of my journey, and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to share my images and thoughts with you.
Most products are packaged with care and shipped from my Portland, OR studio via the USPS. Orders are typically shipped between 1-3 days from the time of placing your order.
iPhone cases and T-shirts are printed to order and are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, separately from other items in your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for these items to arrive (in the USA) and approximately 4-5 weeks for international orders.
Prints are signed and dated, packaged in a plastic sleeve with cardboard backing, shipped in a bend-proof mailer.
Original paintings are signed and dated on the back. They are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged carefully to prevent damage.
For international buyers: Once your order leaves the USPS I have no tracking information until it is delivered by your local service. Please note: Some countries charge an import or custom’s fee. You are responsible for the fees imposed by your country's postal service. International orders typically arrive between 1-4 weeks from the time of shipment.
MY PROCESS
Every piece of art and every product that I make begins with an intention to connect with my intuition and with myself. Who am I today, and what do I need? Making art smooths out life’s rough edges and helps me make sense of all the complex feelings and experiences that are part of being human. Creating helps me find joy, acceptance, and gratitude. It is a balm for my soul, and I hope the things I make will feel like a balm for yours, too.
Whether it is a piece of wall art for your home that I created using paint, markers, and colored pencils, a deck of animal totem oracle cards, a bright, patterned iPhone case, or a hand-drawn greeting card — every single product that I sell is made with heart. Most products are made right here in my studio in Portland, OR.
My work is created both traditionally and digitally; my favorite materials and tools include acrylic paint, gouache, colored pencils, paint markers, wood panels, fabric, my computer, and my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. I also sometimes use fun things like glitter, resin, and sequins!
