You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty (14) days from the date of shipment. I will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (excluding shipping cost), whichever you prefer. Returns after 14 days are for credit/exchange only.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, etc. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Jessica Swift is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
