LUGU FABRICS BLOG TOUR
The Lugu Fabrics blog tour begins today! This is my third collection with Art Gallery Fabrics and it’s my favorite yet. I can’t wait for you to see all the amazing creations that everyone made. Many of the items are kid-themed (clothes, dolls, baby shoes, wall hangings, etc), but there are a few (including my own) that are not. I hope you’ll love following along! I’ll be sharing each day’s creations on Instagram and on Facebook, and I’ll do a weekly round-up here on the blog as well.
Want to join in yourself? Awesome! Simply get your hands on some of my Lugu fabrics and get sewing. Then share your creations using the hashtags #LuguFabricsBlogTour and #AGFLugu on Instagram and Facebook. Can’t wait to see what you make!

I’m kicking off the tour today with a couple of creations of my own. I had so much fun sewing with this collection of mine and can’t wait to make some more things. For today, though, I’ll share a couple throw pillows that I made:
And a cute little zippered pouch as well:
I LOVE how these fabrics combine! So many different pairings and combinations to play with, yessss.
I’m a beginning sewist, so these kinds of small projects that only really require sewing simple straight lines are right up my alley. I’m scared (and let’s be honest, don’t have the time) to tackle things like clothing and quilts at this point, but never say never, right? I never thought I’d be able to sew a zipper, and I figured that out, so who knows what’s next!
Anyway, I hope you’ll follow along on the tour and get inspired by all the talented makers who are participating in the tour. :)
